What facilities will I find at The Recovery Yard West Cork?
You'll find everything you need for optimal recovery. We have our sauna and three ice baths(three different temperatures), designed for ultimate relaxation and invigoration. Alongside these, we offer refreshing cold shower, comfortable changing rooms, and also have compression boots on request. You can also enjoy refreshing cold water to hydrate throughout your visit.
How cold do your ice baths get and how hot are your saunas?
Our ice baths are carefully maintained to reach temperatures as 4 degrees Celsius, providing an intensely invigorating cold therapy experience. Our saunas offer a deeply detoxifying heat, typically ranging from 80 to 100 degrees Celsius, perfect for muscle relaxation and stress relief.
What should I know to feel safe and comfortable?
Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. We have clear guidelines posted for both sauna and ice bath use, and our trained staff are always on hand to assist you, answer questions and ensure you have a safe and enjoyable experience.
